Cowgirl Style
Cowgirl Styles is the creative venture of Tyler Faris, a Texas native who now calls Colorado home. Growing up in Midland, Texas, Tyler was immersed in nature, the country lifestyle, and a love of animals, participating in FFA, county fairs, and community volunteering. As an adult, she balanced a busy career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist—specializing in Adult Critical Care and Neonatal Pediatric Specialty—and raising her four children with her husband, Canton Faris.
Tyler relocated to Colorado in 2015, working full-time at Memorial Central Hospital in Colorado Springs. She and her family are planning to make Walsenburg their home, reconnecting with Canton’s deep family roots in Huerfano County.
Crafting has always been a source of relaxation and creativity for Tyler. Her artistic interests include painting, drawing, photography, crocheting, and various crafts, with a new passion for wood burning. Inspired by the Walsenburg Mercantile community, Tyler, together with her daughter, launched Cowgirl Styles, creating unique handmade products and a distinctive logo that reflects their shared vision. Through Cowgirl Styles, Tyler looks forward to sharing her creativity, connecting with the community, and continuing her lifelong love of crafting.
