2K Design is the creative brand of Ashley, a stay-at-home mom of two boys with a passion for crochet and handmade creations. Ashley began crocheting at a young age but fully embraced her craft during her first pregnancy, creating hats and blankets for her growing family.

Her creativity expanded as her children grew, inspiring her to make amigurumi, the Japanese art of crocheted stuffed dolls. Ashley’s handmade creations range from beloved characters like Ninja Turtles to imaginative pieces such as Kraken hats and play food. Recently, she has also begun exploring dewing (a crafting technique), eager to discover new artistic directions.

Ashley is thrilled to return home and share her handmade treasures with the Walsenburg Mercantile community, offering playful, unique, and lovingly crafted items for all to enjoy.
